How do I get my bottles to you?

We have several drop-off points close to the major whisky regions, and we also collect from hotels and businesses. You can also have your bottles delivered to our offices in Edinburgh, Banchory, or Ballater.

Can I track my bottles in transit

Yes, all packages are fully tracked to the delivery address.

Where are the bottles shipped from

Your bottles are shipped from our offices in Edinburgh or Banchory.

How long does delivery take

The delivery time will depend on the destination and the local customs process, but we will ship your order as soon as we have it packed.

How do you protect my bottles for shipping

We use the market-leading packing products and our experience over the last 10 years to ensure your bottles arrive safely.

How do I know how much the shipping will cost for my bottles

For most bottles, we will be able to confirm the price when you contact us. If the bottle is an unusual shape or size or comes with a large or heavy box, then we may need additional information from you before confirming the cost.

Do you ship for corporate customers?

Yes, we currently work with several large retailers, independent bottlers, and distilleries to ensure their customers get their international orders delivered quickly and safely.

How do I pay for the shipping

Once we confirm the cost, you will be sent an invoice, and this can be paid by credit/debit card or Bank Transfer.

I want to send these bottles as a gift

That’s no problem, and we can even include a gift message.

Can I include other items with the bottles for shipping

Yes, you can we regularly ship whisky merchandise and other items, just let us know what you have for shipping.

Is there a minimum number of bottles

No, there is no minimum number of bottles for shipping.

Which companies do you use for shipping

We use the best courier companies available and the one that is best placed to deliver to your country. These include DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
